Sporting Club Web Site Administration
A more detailed layout of all of the features available for both clubs and associations is availaible on the Site Map.
Additional features may be requested for review to enhance the overall functionality of the site. A new Drupal CMS version is currently being developed to enhance current features as well as add new features, (e.g. improved facilities for news articles, photos, perhaps a club forum, etc.). Data restrictions on news articles and photographs will also be removed. Parties interested should register their interest by contacting us. New reports will be considered. New sports will also be considered, depending on the number of interested parties. Custom websites may also be developed and hosted by us or clubs/associations may opt to redirect their home domain to a subdomain of ours. These six current sports applications have their own custom content management system and are ready for immediate use.
Website content modifications that may be performed by each club include (Basketball, Cricket & Football Clubs only):
- Club News
- Restricted Club News
- Club Messages (10 scrolling messages listing the latest results, each not exceeding 200 characters)
- Club Polls (2 polls)
- Team Fixtures & Results (detailed match results for each team belonging to the club)
- Competition Fixtures & Results (summary match results of all competition matches) - an external link to association competition ladders may be arranged if clubs do not wish to maintain the competition's ladder, whilst detailed match and player data for the club's teams may be stored by our application.

Privileged club members may be able to view the following additional restricted data for each club:

- Player Performance Votes (Basketball, Cricket & Football Clubs only)
Historic Data Restrictions:
The following restrictions apply to historic data:
- Historic data relating to the club trophy cabinet may include data since the club's inception.
- Historic data relating to team seasonal summary data may include data since 1980.
- Historic data relating to player awards may include data since 1980.
- Historic data relating to player seasonal summary data may ONLY extend to the season prior to the club signing up for the Hosted Services. For each new year the club continues to renew its subscription for the Hosted Services, player seasonal summary data for the upcoming season will automatically include all previous seasons' data stored using the Hosted Services. This data affects the content of the following areas of the Hosted Services;
- Results -> Historic > Historic Player Results - Individual Players
- Results -> Historic > Historic Player Results - Record Performers
Historic data outside of these guidelines may be stored using our hosting services at an additional development fee.
Club Messages and News Articles
Except for promoting club functions and fundraising events, sporting organizations may not use their ability to modify Web Site content as a commercial advertising medium.
Sports organizations will appoint an advertising contact who will forward advertising enquiries to Levkin Pty. Ltd. ("Advertising Contact"). The Advertising Contact will forward to Levkin Pty. Ltd., the name and contact number of each advertising enquiry. The Advertising Contact will keep accurate records of each advertising enquiry forwarded to Levkin Pty. Ltd.. Sports organizations will receive advertising sales commission earnings for referring advertising enquiries to Levkin Pty. Ltd. that result in a successful advertising contract being entered into between the Levkin Pty. Ltd. and the advertiser.
