Historic club member data can be maintained to track players as they progress through the various age groups. Historic data for player awards, and performance data and ladder position at the end of each season is also maintained for each team.

2. Sports Association Websites

Sports Association website applications maintain detailed information on all current competition results, and summarised historic competition data. Detailed match data is maintained throughout the season and summarised for archiving at the end of the season.

The degree of archiving historic data may vary depending on the requirements of sporting associations. A new CMS version of Clubsupportal is being developed and the degree of detail for archiving data is being reviewed. 3. Sports Websites Application Service (Hosting)

The web site application service fee for sports clubs and sports associations is provided at a minimal rate as all sports clubs and sports associations will have a similar format for their web pages, which will include paid advertising. The annual hosting and configuration fee includes archiving the previous season's data and loading new club data at the beginning of each season. After the initial data load, sports clubs and sports associations will be able to maintain the data contained within their web pages themselves.

Sports club and sports association websites can have their colour schemes easily modified at no additional expense, tailored layouts however, will be available with an addition development fee.

Sports associations or local communiity sports venue operators who wish to manage all teams in their competitions, (basketball, football/futsal and indoor/outdoor cricket), are able to create competitions, teams, fixtures, etc. and do not require our services for data loads at the beginning of each competition.

Each club will have five e-mail accounts, and one or two club administrators and a handful of privileged member login accounts. The club administrator accounts are required to update match results, club news articles, the photo gallery, etc.. The privileged member accounts provide read only access to restricted news articles, player performance votes, etc..

4. Sports Website Advertising - Sales Commision

Web pages contain paid advertising and sports clubs and sports associations / organisations may earn a commission from advertisement sales which they generate. Hence, as well as receiving the rewards from advertising to a local target market, (ie. club level marketing or association level marketing), local, national, or international businesses can also contribute to the well being of the club or association by advertising. Advertising is conducted on a monthly basis and is not in any way related to club sponsorship. Club and association sponsors will always have a presence on the website.

Club sponsors share a page where they can promote their association with the sports club or sports association as well as their own website. Sponsor logos appear on every page of the sports club / sports association website.

5. Sports Website Advertising - Cost

Advertising costs vary depending on the page location, size of the advertisement and any associated development cost.

Advertising is not restricted to that generated by sports clubs or sports associations. Any organisation wanting to advertise are more than welcome to contacting us directly.

6. Website Development

Businesses requiring a static website or a more sophisticated tailored CMS (Content Management System) database driven website such as these sports web applications are more than welcome to inquire about our web development services. CMS database driven web sites, similar to these applications, will include a tailored user friendly content management system that will allow an administrator or editor to easily modify web page content without requiring web programming skills.

Although the content management system for this website was developed from scratch, Drupal CMS website development is also available.
